Reach.cat: how it works, what it pays, and who it suits

SHORT ANSWER

What is Reach.cat and how much does it pay clippers?

Reach.cat is a CPM marketplace where brands set a rate per 1,000 views and approve each clip before it can earn. Its own blog says clipper CPMs run about $1 to $6 per 1,000 views as of September 2026, and its terms say Reach.cat takes a commission of about 10% on CPM payouts. Payouts go through a payment partner, by bank transfer or in USDT, and identity verification (KYC) is required once your payout requests pass $500 in total.

How Reach.cat works

  1. Create a creator account on reach.cat.
  2. Add your TikTok, Instagram, X or YouTube account and put the verification code in your bio (or the YouTube About section).
  3. Browse campaigns. Each one shows its CPM and can set minimum followers, minimum views to earn, and a maximum payout per link or per creator.
  4. Make a clip from the brand's footage and submit it. The brand approves or rejects every submission.
  5. Publish the approved clip. Reach.cat tracks its views and pays each 1,000 views at the campaign CPM from the campaign budget.
  6. Earnings clear after a 3-day fraud-review hold. Then request a payout; approved payouts usually take 3 to 5 business days.

What Reach.cat pays

Brands set the CPM, which is the amount you earn per 1,000 valid views. Reach.cat's blog publishes this niche table (published April 2026). It is Reach.cat's own summary, not a list of live campaigns.

NicheCPM per 1,000 viewsCompetition (Reach.cat's rating)
Finance, crypto, investing$4 to $6High
SaaS and B2B tech$3 to $5Medium
Health, fitness, wellness$2 to $4Medium
Education and online courses$2 to $4Low
E-commerce and lifestyle$1.50 to $3Low-medium
Gaming and streaming$1 to $3High

Three campaign settings change what you actually earn. Minimum views to earn: a link earns nothing until it reaches the threshold; after that, all of its views are paid. Maximum payout per link and per creator: views above the cap earn nothing. Budget: views are paid from the campaign's total budget, so a campaign can run out.

Worked example (assumptions labeled). Assume a $3 CPM campaign with a 5,000-view minimum and a $150 cap per link. You post four approved clips with 40,000, 12,000, 60,000 and 3,000 views. The 3,000-view clip is under the minimum and earns $0. The others earn $120, $36 and $180, but the last is capped at $150. Your total is $306. Reach.cat's roughly 10% commission is on CPM payouts; its terms do not say whether the rate you see is before or after it, so confirm on the campaign page. Test other scenarios in the clipping calculator.

Treat the $1 to $6 range with care. It is far above ClipFlip's published $0.025 to $0.20 per 1,000 views (ClipFlip) and overlaps only the top of Clipping.net's $0.30 to $3.00 range. We could not see live Reach.cat campaigns without an account.

Getting paid: holds, KYC and methods

  • 3-day clearing period. Earnings are held for 3 days while Reach.cat's team reviews view activity for fraud. After that, you can request a payout at any time.
  • Processing. The creator terms say approved payouts are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. The creator FAQ says payouts are processed weekly once earnings reach the minimum threshold.
  • Methods. The creator FAQ says payouts go by USDT, with bank transfer "very soon". The dashboard offers a payment partner (Payouts.com), an IBAN bank transfer, or USDT to a wallet on Ethereum (ERC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) or Solana. USDT sent to a wrong address or network is not replaced.
  • KYC above $500. Once your cumulative payout requests exceed $500, you must verify your identity with the partner iDenfy, which may require a government ID. Accounts flagged by fraud systems can be asked for KYC before joining public campaigns.
  • Taxes. You are responsible for your own taxes. Reach.cat does not issue tax documents unless the law requires it.

Watch the KYC contradiction. Several Reach.cat blog posts describe the platform as having "no KYC requirements". The Terms & Conditions and Creator Terms (both dated 13 September 2026) require KYC past $500 in payout requests. The terms govern. If you cannot or will not verify your identity, plan to stop before $500.

Rules that can cost you earnings

  • Posts must stay up for 60 days after the campaign. For posts submitted on or after 13 September 2026, each post must stay public at the submitted URL during the campaign and for at least 60 days after it ends. If you delete, archive, restrict or re-link it, Reach.cat can cancel unpaid earnings and reverse amounts already paid, even from future payouts.
  • New accounts wait. A Reach.cat account created less than 30 days ago cannot join a public campaign during the first 7 days after that campaign launches. Invite-only campaigns are exempt.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts lead to termination, a permanent ban and loss of pending earnings.
  • No paid boosting. You may not boost, sponsor, whitelist or dark-post your clip with paid ads unless Reach.cat authorizes it in writing.
  • Fraud. Suspected botting, artificial traffic or metric manipulation leads to termination and loss of all funds, and Reach.cat's internal assessment is final.
  • Rights. Brand content and your edits of it belong to the brand. You grant Reach.cat a perpetual license to your submitted content and the right to use your username, image and voice in marketing without extra pay.
  • Disputes. UAE law governs the platform terms, with arbitration or courts in Dubai. The creator terms include a waiver of class and collective actions.

Is Reach.cat legit? The evidence

Reach.cat publishes detailed terms that name its operator, REACH MARKETING NETWORK - FZCO, and its payment merchant of record for brand purchases, Inflowpay SAS in Paris. It has an Android app. We found no coverage in major press as of September 2026.

On Trustpilot, Reach.cat has a 3.1 TrustScore from 16 reviews, split between 5-star (50%) and 1-star (44%). A US reviewer (August 2026) reports no payment after several payout requests. A reviewer from Bulgaria (December 2025) reports a sudden account block with an $86 balance; Reach.cat replied that it acted on its fraud detection. Another reviewer reports being blocked from joining campaigns. Several 5-star reviewers from Vietnam, France and Nigeria report being paid for their views.

Pattern to note: complaints center on blocked accounts and withheld balances, which the terms allow on fraud grounds. Keep your view evidence, avoid anything that looks like artificial traffic, and withdraw often. Compare it with Clipster's live campaigns before you commit.

Pros and cons

Strengths

  • Brands set a CPM you can see before you join a campaign.
  • Brands approve content before it can earn, so you know early whether a clip counts.
  • Bank transfer (IBAN) and a payout partner, not only crypto.
  • 3-day clearing period, then payouts on request.
  • No platform-wide follower minimum.

Drawbacks

  • KYC with a government ID is required once payout requests pass $500, despite blog claims of no KYC.
  • Posts must stay public for 60 days after a campaign or earnings can be reversed.
  • New accounts cannot join public campaigns in their first week.
  • Minimum payout and payout fees are not published.
  • Trustpilot reviews are sharply split, with reports of blocked accounts and unpaid balances.
  • Live campaign rates are not visible without an account.
Best for
Clippers who want brand-approved campaigns across niches like finance and SaaS, and who are willing to verify their identity.
Not ideal for
Clippers who want to stay anonymous past $500 in earnings or who delete old posts soon after a campaign ends.

Its Trustpilot score is 3.1 from 16 reviews: about half 5-star reports of payment, and about half 1-star reports of unpaid payouts or blocked accounts. The terms let Reach.cat withhold funds on suspected fraud, and its decision is final.

How much does Reach.cat pay per 1,000 views?

Brands set the CPM. Reach.cat's blog lists $1 to $6 per 1,000 views, with finance and crypto at $4 to $6 and gaming at $1 to $3. We could not verify live campaign rates without an account.

Does Reach.cat require KYC?

Yes, above a threshold. The terms require identity verification through iDenfy once your cumulative payout requests exceed $500, and may require it earlier for accounts flagged by fraud systems. Some Reach.cat blog posts say "no KYC"; the terms override them.

How does Reach.cat pay creators?

Through its payment partner (Payouts.com), by IBAN bank transfer, or in USDT on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain or Solana. Earnings clear after 3 days, and approved payouts usually take 3 to 5 business days.

What fee does Reach.cat take?

The terms say Reach.cat collects a platform commission of about 10% on all CPM-based payouts. The dashboard also shows payout fees, but the amount is not published.

Can I delete my clip after a Reach.cat campaign ends?

Not for 60 days. For posts submitted on or after 13 September 2026, the terms require each post to stay public for the campaign and 60 days after it. Otherwise Reach.cat can cancel or reverse the earnings for that post.
