SHORT ANSWER

What is ClipFlip and how much does it pay clippers?

ClipFlip is a clipping marketplace run by Clips And Flips OÜ, a company registered in Estonia in February 2026. Brands fund campaigns, and you earn a fixed rate per 1 million verified views: ClipFlip's own guide lists $25 to $200 per million ($0.025 to $0.20 per 1,000 views) by content category, as of September 2026. You withdraw earnings in USDT crypto, with a 3% withdrawal fee, a $5 minimum and a $1,000 maximum per request.

How ClipFlip works

  1. Create a clipper account on clipflip.io or in the Android app.
  2. Connect the TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account you post from.
  3. Pick a campaign. Each one shows its rate, accepted regions, accepted languages and the maximum payout per clip.
  4. Download the brand's approved assets (logo, stream footage, song or UGC) and make your clip.
  5. Post the clip on your connected account and submit the link to the campaign.
  6. The brand or ClipFlip approves or rejects the submission. Only approved clips earn.
  7. ClipFlip tracks views from the platform and filters traffic it judges invalid.
  8. Withdraw your balance in USDT to your own wallet, less the 3% fee.

What ClipFlip pays per view

ClipFlip quotes rates per 1 million verified views, not per 1,000. Its own guide lists these category rates, as of September 2026. Brands set the rate for each campaign, so the rate on a live campaign can differ from this table.

Content categoryPer 1 million viewsPer 1,000 views
Cricket$25$0.025
General content$30$0.03
Gaming, sports, esports, politics, health$50$0.05
CS2, livestream$100$0.10
Gambling and casino$200$0.20

ClipFlip's guide to clipping also says each clip is capped at 2 million paid views. Views above the cap earn you nothing, although the brand still gets the reach. The campaign page shows a "max payout per clip" value, so check it before you invest time in one clip.

Worked example (assumptions labeled). Assume you post 10 approved clips in one month, each clip gets 300,000 verified views, and every view counts. That is 3 million views. In a general-content campaign at $30 per million you earn $90. After the 3% withdrawal fee you receive $87.30, less any blockchain network fee. The same 3 million views in a $200-per-million casino campaign earn $600, or $582 after the fee. Use the clipping calculator to test your own numbers.

These rates are low next to Clipping.net, whose public campaign pages show $0.30 to $3 per 1,000 views. ClipFlip's advertiser page says brands pay an average CPM of $0.20 across campaigns, and ClipFlip's terms set a standard 25% campaign fee on the brand's budget. Most of your income on ClipFlip must therefore come from volume and viral clips.

Fees, withdrawals and payout timing

ClipFlip's terms of use (updated 24 September 2026) set the money rules. The Google Play listing adds that ClipFlip "pays in crypto" to your own digital wallet.

  • Withdrawal fee: 3% of each withdrawal, deducted from the amount you request.
  • Third-party costs: blockchain network fees and payment provider fees can also be deducted.
  • Limits: minimum $5 and maximum $1,000 per withdrawal request. ClipFlip can set different limits for your account.
  • Currency: the wallet interface on clipflip.io offers Tether (USDT) withdrawals to a wallet address and network you choose. A wrong address or network cannot be reversed.
  • Timing: ClipFlip's guide says view counts finalize 48 hours after posting. The dashboard text on the site says pending earnings become withdrawable once the campaign ends. Plan for the later of the two.
  • Email verification and billing details are required before you can withdraw.

Disputes have a hard deadline. You must email [email protected] within 10 days after payouts for a campaign are completed if you think views or fees are wrong. Late claims are waived under the terms. A disputed rejection of a submission also has a 10-day window, and ClipFlip's decision is final. Keep screenshots of your view counts while the campaign runs.

The terms also say ClipFlip does not recalculate fees if a social platform later revises its view data.

Rules that can cost you earnings

  • Approval first. Fees accrue only on views of content that the brand or ClipFlip approved. A rejected submission earns nothing.
  • No artificial engagement. Bots, scripts, engagement farms, view manipulation and coordinated manipulation with other creators are banned. Penalties include withheld fees, lost level or XP, exclusion from campaigns and account termination.
  • Undisclosed moderation. ClipFlip uses automated systems and human review, and says it will not disclose its signals or thresholds.
  • Geo-targeted campaigns. Some campaigns accept only certain regions. You must complete geo verification of your social account through ClipFlip's Discord before you can join them. The Play listing says geo campaigns pay a higher rate.
  • Brand assets. Campaigns can require a logo watermark, a specific song or the brand's footage. Off-brief clips are rejected.
  • Taxes. Clippers are independent contractors. ClipFlip does not withhold tax and can share your information with a tax authority on lawful request.

Who runs ClipFlip, and what its own numbers say

ClipFlip's terms name Clips And Flips OÜ, registry code 17434872, at Hobujaama tn 4, Tallinn, as the operator. The Estonian e-Business Register shows the company was entered on 11 February 2026. Estonian law governs the terms, and ClipFlip limits its total liability to you to $500.

ClipFlip's published scale figures do not agree with each other. The homepage says 15K+ clippers. The creator page says "Trusted by 400+ clippers". The advertiser page says 10,000+ clippers in one place and 50K+ verified clippers in another. The creator page claims "$320K+ paid out to clippers this month", while the advertiser page claims "$600K+ paid to creators" in total. Treat these as marketing claims, not audited data.

The brand testimonials on the advertiser page come from casino and crypto casino operators (Whale.io, theOriginals.io, kings.game). A September 2026 campaign page pitches GTA 6 launch clipping to iGaming operators. Expect many campaigns to be gambling brands. Check each social platform's rules on gambling content, and your local law, before you post them.

Is ClipFlip legit? The evidence

ClipFlip is a registered company with a public address, published terms and a Google Play app. We found no coverage of ClipFlip in major press as of September 2026.

On Trustpilot, ClipFlip has a 3.4 TrustScore from only 2 reviews. A 1-star reviewer (April 2026) reports that earnings shown in the dashboard were not paid and were described as a "glitch". A 5-star reviewer (March 2026) reports a 7-day email-verification error that blocked a $155 withdrawal, then says ClipFlip paid in full. Two reviews are too few to judge payout reliability either way.

Low-risk way to test: join one campaign, post a small batch of clips, and withdraw the first $5 or more before you scale. Compare rates with Clipster's live campaign data and other platforms first.
